Transforming the UK Drinks Industry with Coordinated Action
Drinks United is a cross-industry collaboration founded by The WSTA, The WSET, and The Drinks Trust. By driving coordinated action, we aim to foster workplaces that reflect and empower the people within our industry.
Our vision is a united UK drinks industry, where everyone feels safe, included, and supported.
Our mission is to drive coordinated DEI action across the UK Drinks industry to create a culture that reflects and supports its people.
Our Story
Drinks United was established to address systemic challenges in the drinks industry, including unsafe workplaces, underrepresentation, and the lack of DEI resources for smaller businesses and individuals.
Inspired by a shared commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, we collaborate with leaders, organisations, and advocates to drive meaningful, industry-wide change.​
Through initiatives like our Advisory Council, safeguarding toolkits, and resource hubs, we are setting a new standard for safety and inclusivity in the drinks sector.

Our Advisory Council is a dynamic group of industry leaders, advocates, and experts who bring diverse perspectives and deep expertise to guide our mission. Representing a wide range of organisations and roles across the drinks sector, the council works collaboratively to identify challenges, drive solutions, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion at every level of the industry.
